EFL Championship Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

By using the website eflchampionship.ws, operated by EFL Championship (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "us"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Using the Platform without reading or understanding these terms is entirely at your own risk.

Below are definitions of some key terms used in this document:

• "Member" or "User" — Any individual who has registered on EFL Championship or is using the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — a monetary wager placed on the outcome of a specific event.
• "Wallet" — The combined total of real money and bonus balance in your account.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity verification process.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

To open and use an account on EFL Championship, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You are opening the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information provided at the time of registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You do not already have an existing account with EFL Championship.
• You do not reside in a country or region where online betting is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Registering with false information constitutes a breach of contract and may result in account closure at any time.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone — including family members or friends.

• Report any suspicious activity on your account to our Help Center immediately.
• Keep your password strong — use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public Wi-Fi network or a shared device.
• To update the information registered on your account, please contact support.

EFL Championship may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension. This is for the protection of both you and us.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on EFL Championship:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• A minimum and maximum stake is set for each bet. These limits may vary depending on the event or market.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• EFL Championship reserves the right to void or adjust any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the original bet stake is generally refunded, unless specific conditions apply.
• Any winnings obtained through deliberate system manipulation, arbitrage betting, or other fraudulent means will be voided.

All financial transactions on EFL Championship are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 15–30 minutes. Larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

EFL Championship reserves the right to conduct additional verification and investigation in cases of unusual or suspicious financial activity. Where money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

All bonuses and promotions offered by EFL Championship are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to these terms.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, once per person.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 5 (five) times before any withdrawal.
• Bet Eligibility: Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 will count toward the wagering requirement.
• Duration: If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus credit, the bonus will be forfeited.
• One active bonus at a time: Two deposit bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as multiple accounts or fraudulent deposits — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EFL Championship and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity or documents.
• Using software, bots, or any automated means to place bets.
• Intentional arbitrage betting or bonus hunting.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Unauthorised attempts to access the platform's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Your information will be used solely for account management, KYC verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• Payment details are always encrypted and stored on secure servers.
• Information may be shared in response to valid requests from law enforcement authorities.

EFL Championship is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Betting is a form of entertainment — not a habit. We actively work to keep our members safe.

• Self-Exclusion: You may request to self-suspend your account for any period between 24 hours and 6 months at any time.

EFL Championship reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Failure to pass KYC verification.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please Help Center Contact us. Before closing your account, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances, unless the closure is due to fraud-related reasons.

EFL Championship is not liable for the following:

• Bets that fail to process or are delayed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unforeseen technical issues.
• Account losses resulting from your own negligence or sharing your password.
• Financial losses from betting are entirely at your own risk.

EFL Championship reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where significant changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or mobile.
